在IBM X3650系列服务器上使用ServerGuide引导安装Windows Server 2008 R2报错Setup.exe-bad Image
具体错误：D:\source\unbcl.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software rendor for support……
之前安装Windows Server 2003使用的是ServerGuide，所以这里安装Windows Server 2008 R2也打算使用ServerGuide引导安装以避免系统安装完成后缺少驱动。但是在使用IBM的ServerGuide安装Windows Server 2008 R2测试了几次均报类似上述的错误，最终为了不再浪费时间我直接用Windows Server 2008 R2系统光盘安装，没有再用ServerGuide引导盘，安装顺利完成。
建议：
安装系统为Windows Server2003以上版本建议使用ServerGuide引导安装；
安装系统为Windows Server2003以后版本建议直接使用系统盘引导安装。
